you might not think it, but the healthiest thing you can do is talk to yourself every single day. think about it as a form of self attention, like how transformers do it; theres congruence across all parts of the brain because its going in through all inputs. if you journal, say it out loud, and if you just speak to yourself orally, write it down, and eventually read it over again so you can refine the thought.

shit is still hard but you just have to control the mental and let some things just run off your back like a duck and remove anything that you feel is holding back and thats the end of it. let it goooooooooo. premortem for tomorrow: not staying consistent. solve by staying consistent
