all this ado about AI and what it can do for you, and people genuinely forget the fundamentals on why something was built. it needs to be grounded in human need and taste, totally speak for itself in terms of philosophy on the types of problems it solves, who the audience is. these things change so quickly that it might never be able to be captured. if we can communicate with a look, how can it ever even come close to being able to replicate. the human connection is what will set you apart

if your idea is simple enough, the solution is simple enough, the only thing standing between you and a finished product is the manual testing that is needed to verify that the coding agent did what it said it would. that is really progress in the last 3 years, since chatgpt came out. is wild to think that AI, with the help of humans, has been being itself slowly but surely, and primarily in the domain of coding. imagine what it can do when fully applied to things like psychiatry, the tests it could run, the work it could do to help people with disease, it really is endless.
